Influence of production technology on selected polymer properties

In the article, study of polymer properties is dealt with as a result production technology on pat-terns, which were made by injecting, machining extruded profile and 3D printing. All samples from iglidur® J260 material, they subsequently tested in order to find out roughness, breaking strength, hardness according Shore, friction coefficient swelling. Further-more, exposed light microscopy, where material structure was studied, especially view defects, distribution shape solid lubricants. Based performed experiment, it can be stated that affects some sliding bushing. Above all, bushing affected printing technol-ogy. The measured had worst results regard roughness swelling values. Con-versely, values acquired measuring surprising priting reached better than machining. created injection best re-sults compared others all tests. corresponded listed man-ufacturer.
